Shipping Policy and rates

Currently we ship our products to the United States and Canada only.

The shipping rate for the sherpa blankets is 7USD and for the enamel mugs, it is 5USD.

Once your product is ready and shipped, you will receive a tracking number. As your parcel will be shipped with different carriers, it might be delivered to a pick-up location depending on the size. Please keep an eye on your tracking details. 

Orders above 100USD ship free.

An additional custom and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Please keep in mind, as your order will be personalized, we need 2-5 business days to finish the design process. 

Shipping times vary between 3-10 business days, and they are additional to the designing and manufacturing time.

As products are manufactured at different locations or different designs need more time to be finished, you might receive your order of multiple products in different shipments. Of course, you are charged only once for shipment at check out.   

Orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times!
