Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we can't accept returns.
We do our best to create the most beautiful products for you.
In case you receive the wrong item, wrong size or damaged product, we will of course replace it. Please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the product in case you need exchange due to one of these reasons.
We ask you to take the following steps:
Step one: Email us with the description of the issue.
Step two: Attach any photos of the issue so we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.
Step three: Let us know if you'd like a refund, or a replacement sent.
Please allow us 48 hours for processing of refund/replacement sent. Because we are a made to order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances mentioned above such as damaged product, incorrect size or wrong item sent.
Important! Please follow our photo guidelines to get the best result possible as we work with the photo you send to us. If your photo is blurry or low quality, we won't be able to create a high-quality design. Let us know about any special request when submitting your photo, and we will try to accommodate it if it is possible.
