Photo Guidelines

Our tips to get the best photos and beautiful products that you and your pup can enjoy:

• Make sure the photo isn't blurry and high quality. We can work with photos taken by mobile phones.
• You will get the best result if your pup is sitting or standing and take the photo at eye level with him/her.
• Make sure it's a well-lit location.
• If your pet has darker colors, we recommend choosing a brighter background for the best result.
• Once you chose the product, you can add your pet's name (it's optional) and upload the photo you took.
• Once you submitted your order we will start working on it. If we face any issues regarding the photo quality, we will contact you.
