In most of the cases we will start working on your design the same day you place your order. You have 1 hour to make any changes after you place your order. Otherwise reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

As we create every product especially for you based on your photo, unfortunately we can not accept returns. For details and special cases please check our Return Policy.

We can create designs with more than one pet. On the sherpa blankets it might mean you get your design horizontally depending on your photo. On the enamel mugs due to the small size, we can place one pet on each side of the mug.

Yes, you can leave the "Your pet's name" box EMPTY when placing your order. In this case we won't write anything on your product.

We do edit your photos to get a painting-like, artistic result while we keep the real cuteness of your pet. On the blankets we also use your pet's main colors to create the text and paw prints, so you get a completely unique sherpa blanket.
